handmade Strawberry tart < 3

Changing the recipe of banana tart into strawberry :) 

Strawberry Jam + custard ~~ delicious

New York cheese cake !!!! yummy :) 

Its really good as the 1st time ~ I have never baked this before :D

I have baked 1 pie, 1 tart, 1 pizza for my friends ~

Orange pizza ~

Basically, I have never tasted a chocolate pizza and I have never make a pizza dough.

But based on request, I have tried my own version. not amazing but acceptable : )

    

First time to make a complete dough !!!! Great : )

Oh! It has pop up !!!!

First time, peeling the orange! Now I now more about the structure of orange~

I have used 10 oranges ~~

with the skin of oranges the taste is much better !

15 apples !!! I have peeled for 2 hrs !!!!

Banana Tart~

 2nd time to try a banana tart. From the past experience, I think I can improve it a little bit more. I have added a layer of chocolate sauce and a cooked banana so as to enhance the whole flavour. 

Since I dun have beans , I can only use rice instead.

I have added honey and sugar to increase the sweetness of banana :)

                   

It looks really good :D

Small tarts are prepared for my other friends :) The tart is more crunchy ~~

But the main point is I chatted with my friends from 7pm -5am :O

we have drunk quite a lot of beer + vodka :P

I dun wanna go back to my flat, I rather stay overnight in their kitchen :D

  

I still can't stop my last project !!! 

This is adorable to me, I just want to keep developing, keep creating new designs with this element !

I can say I love it !!!!

Actually, I just grab my pencil case XD.

I really want to produce this product out. 

But probably u may not agree with me.

This why I really want to test the market value of this kind of design.

缺憾

人的一生是沒有完美的嗎？我覺得沒有吧。

今天真的是我最幸運的一天～
6As + 2Bs 算是我這輩子拿到最多的A吧：）
今天也收到UKBA的信，我的英國簽證應該在這星期就到了。
那就代表我這個聖誕可以回家了！！！ 我很想家呢：）
我真的覺得今天是很完美。

不過我還是感到空虛，
因為我缺的是一個真正了解我，喜歡我的人。
我沒辦法把我的喜悅分享。
當我要跟朋友分享的時候，
我卻覺得我好不好意思，
總是覺得讓人感覺不太好。

現在的只好用成績來填補我的空虛。
用工作去浪費我的時間。

我的已經變成有情感上的缺憾了吧。

Finally end of the first block~~ Stitch

2 weeks work finally comes to an end . I do enjoy playing with hot glue, but I don't really satisfied with all I have made so far. I hope I can have more time to put them much forward. It just like some unfinished pieces. 

Nevertheless, I am quite surprised with the effects that hot glue has created. Anyway, I have to work much harder in my next block "Print". 

From this project, I really found that I love TEXTILE ! Without any doubt !!!!!!

托老爹的福，今天很榮幸可以跟美院的宋教授跟他的學生們一起吃飯聊天。
真是一個很難得的經驗呢！！

真的想跟他們再碰碰面，今天沒有聊很多了啦：（

最深刻是宋教授的一句話 ：做project跟談戀愛一樣，你會慢慢的發掘知識，尤如經過時間就發現別人的優點一樣～
